Who thought of the Mood Alert Index?

The Mood Alert Index was the result of many years research. This was in conjunction with Atlantis Publishing and Nasca.org.uk. It was noticed that certain phases of the moon resulted in observable changes in mood and character.

Sometimes these psychological changes were of an extreme nature and it was felt that the responsible thing to do was give warning of these effects which also have important health implications. Hence we thought of the Mood Alert Index.
