What is Mood Alert?

Mood alert provides a daily index number as a guide to what mood you can expect to be in for that particular day. Hopefully this will allow you to be on your guard and moderate your behaviour accordingly

This index number is graded on a scale of one to ten.  One represents a relatively calm mood, whereas ten at the upper end of the scale means extreme rage or anger. It is important you also check on the more detailed analysis of this index number which can provide additional information such as the likelihood of depression or anxiety.
